Shipping Policy

At Aadvik Crystals, every order is carefully quality-checked and securely packed to protect your crystals in transit. Below is our shipping and delivery policy.
1) Order Processing Time
- In 90% of cases, orders are processed the next business day after the order is placed.
- In some cases, processing may take longer due to high order volume, sales periods, operational constraints, or additional quality checks.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
“Processing” includes order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
2) Shipping & Delivery Timelines (Estimated)
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the courier partner network.
India: Typically delivered within 2–7 days after dispatch.
International: Typically delivered within 2–3 weeks after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
International: Typically delivered within 2–3 weeks after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
3) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
4) Tracking Updates
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the courier system after dispatch.
5) Address Accuracy (Important)
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including:
- correct PIN/ZIP code
- landmark (if required)
- a reachable phone number
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may be possible only before dispatch.
6) Undeliverable / RTO (Returned to Origin) Shipments
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons such as:
- incorrect/incomplete address
- unreachable phone number
- repeated failed delivery attempts
- refusal to accept delivery
the customer may be required to pay re-shipping charges to resend the parcel. Courier return-to-origin and re-dispatch costs are non-recoverable.
7) Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:
- check with family members, neighbours, security/reception, or your building’s delivery area
- contact the courier partner with your tracking number
- if needed, file a report with local authorities
Aadvik Crystals is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
8) Damaged or Missing Items (Replacement Only)
We provide replacement only for items that are damaged in transit or missing from the package, subject to verification.
To raise a request:
- contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- share your order number
- provide a mandatory uncut unboxing video (from sealed package to full unboxing)
- share clear photos of:
- the affected item(s)
- inner and outer packaging
- shipping label
Claims raised after 48 hours or without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
9) Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges (if any) are determined by the destination country and are payable by the customer. We do not control these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
