Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aadvik Crystals. Every order is carefully quality-checked and securely packed. Please read this policy before placing an order.

1) No General Returns / No “Change of Mind” Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (natural crystals, crystal jewellery, and intention-based items), we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds, including (but not limited to):
  • change of mind
  • personal preference (colour/appearance)
  • ordering the wrong item
  • dissatisfaction with perceived results/benefits
Natural variations in crystals (colour, inclusions, texture, pattern, and shape) are normal and are not considered defects.

2) Eligible Cases: Replacement Only (Damaged / Defective / Missing Items)

We provide replacement only in the following cases:
  • item received damaged in transit
  • item received defective (manufacturing issue)
  • missing item(s) from the package
We do not offer refunds in these cases; we replace the item after verification.

3) Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required for Any Claim)

To be eligible for a replacement, an uncut, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
  • start from the moment the package is sealed (show the shipping label clearly)
  • show the package being opened clearly
  • show the product(s) and the issue (damage/defect/missing) clearly
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

4) Reporting Timeline (48 Hours)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • your order number
  • the mandatory unboxing video
  • clear photos of:
    • the affected item(s)
    • inner and outer packaging
    • shipping label
Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

5) Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item(s) as per our process.
If the same item is unavailable due to stock constraints, we will contact you with the next best option (replacement when restocked or a suitable alternative), but the resolution will remain replacement-based.

6) Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
  • Once an order is processed and/or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.
